Bought a brand new monitor online, customer service called me to inform me that it’s a last piece. I don’t mind, since I need it. But was surprised to receive it from a Snoonu driver when the monitor was seated in front and wearing a seatbelt. The monitor didn’t came with the original box (as mentioned by the customer service), they could have at least used a different box rather than receiving the item bare. The monitor’s lcd screen was wrapped with a cling wrap. They only wrapped a brand new monitor with a cling wrap and strapped on the front seat of a car. I called the customer service, told me that they will inform their manager about it but no one followed up. This is the first time that this ever happened to me and so frustrating.
