so, I was excited for the vrheadset when I finished setting it up, the first time I launch VR in steam, it's just... black screen, but then I saw an update required so I was like "oh perhaps updating the software would actually launch the vrheadset and be able to play some stuff" ... boy I was wrong, it didn't even bother to work, I've looked up online on how to fix black screen issue, but there was no answer, I thought maybe it's because of my RTX 3090, So I went ahead and switched to my secondary PC that has RTX2080ti.... nope, same issue, black screen.
honestly I wish if I could give this zero stars rather than one star, HTC company are known to have ... well... poor quality products. the only best HMD they ever made was the original first HTC vive headset. and that's that.
