I would like to mention the incident briefly, and I am not satisfied with the treatment I received from the staff at the Gate Mall branch.
I purchased the product through your website, where it was confirmed to be available. I completed the payment online and received an email confirming that the device was ready for pickup from your store at the mall.
I sent my driver just 45 minutes later to collect the item, only to be told that the product was out of stock and that it had sold out.
I had purchased the Slim version online, and after waiting and speaking with staff, I was told that the refund process would take 15 days. This solution is extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially since I was not at fault in any part of this situation.
The branch manager – I believe his name is Rami – offered to give me the larger version with a CD drive at a higher price, without any compensation for the inconvenience or the error that occurred.
I am certain that I will not deal with your company again.
