Firstly, the product is very good, however, the reason I'm giving it a 3 instead of a 5 is because when i received it at first, it had no instructions on how to TURN it on, so i couldn't turn it on and i got so sad and mad, so i decided to speak to customer service on the phone, they told me to go to the actual store so i went there the next day, AND THEN.. IT TURNED ON IN THE STORE, so i said "hey, at least now it works!" so i went home AND IT DIDN'T WORK AT HOME! so i got all teary and called the customer service AGAIN , and she told me they cant fix it unless i go to the store, so i kept trying to turn it on alone, and it suddenly worked!
