I would like to bring it to your attention the reason for the three star rating.
I have purchases NZXT 510i cabinet/Chassis along with a NZXT Aer RGB 2 140mm Single Fan recently.
I repeatedly asked your staff, if Aer RGB 140 mm fan will work with the provided case or do I have to buy the twin Fans which comes with the Hue 2 Controller.
One of the staff did confirmed as I am buying the NZXT 510i instead of NZXT 510, the 510i version comes with the controller for the RGB fan hence there is no requirement to buy additional HUB.
Now I have realized that the Aer 2 140mm fan is worth less for me without the HUE 2 HUB
I paid extra Qr109 for the fan, its not about the money. Its about the time I spend figuring it out why the fan RGB was not working.
I have ended up buying entire separate RGB fan set instead and wanted time, energy and Money on that 140mm RGB fan.
I do not expect this from the a professional store like this.
I have lost faith in the customer service from the store and would think Twice before buying anything again.
