Amazing

Simple to setup, easy to connect, it's a joy using it. Sound is clear, covers my ears appropriately, mic is really good. Overall a good update for me. Most likely will get another one.

Worst purchase ever

I used for a couple of days and not even two weeks have gone by and it stopped working. No hardware damage or any sort of problem with my PC. I checked for solutions online to this issue and none of them works. In fact, this headset is known to for this issue. I hope you consider this review and reconsider what you list on your website for purchase. Please review/test all your products because no one would want to buy something and not enjoy using it. Thank you.
