Great

This item is used to capture videos from tapes like VHS, or any device that supports RCA connector (the yellow, red, and white cables). It does the job very well.

However, setting it up for the first time was a bit confusing. Just make sure you go to their website and download the driver files and the app which is called "Elgato Video Capture". The rest should be easy.
