Notes:

1.Compatible phones with wireless charging.

• iPhone 11 pro, iPhone X pro, iPhone X, HUAWEI mate 20 pro can support it based on our test.
• iPhone SE 2020 can’t support it. 
• More phone models which support we will announce in the next few weeks. 

2. Compatible wireless charger.

• Charging efficiency depends on the distance between two wireless charge chips.  

3. Please note that wireless charging might not work if there’s a phone case on.

• It’s suggested that cards should be removed before wireless charging.
• It’s not ensured that it’s compatible with all wireless chargers.
• If the wireless charging doesn’t work, it’s suggested that users shift the position of the stand or change a wireless charger.
• If it doesn’t work after adjusting the stand following the steps mentioned above, please reach out to our customer service for assistance.

4. If your phone has a glass back.

• It’s necessary to attach a glass sticker to the back of the phone before sticking the phone stand to it. The standard glass sticker is for phones with a glass back like iPhone X; The special glass sticker is for phones with a matte glass back like iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max. There are 1 pcs glass sticker and 1 pcs special glass sticker in the package already.

5. RFID is not applied to this phone stand version.

6. It doesn’t work with magnetic sticky pads, as it’s not magnetically attachable.
