The Eisstation 80 DC-LT comes from the Alphacool Enterprise Solutions range. The combination of pump top and expansion tank has been designed to fit into compact servers and workstations. Depending on the installation variant, the Eisstation 80 DC-LT even fits into a 2U server housing.

What is the specialty?
Thanks to the compact dimensions and the variable installation options, the Eisstation 80 DC-LT is basically suitable for compact water-cooled systems. The optionally available DC-LT pump is also available in different performance levels and can operate smaller water circuits without any problems. The entire ice station DC-LT is made of acetal and is extremely resistant and durable.

What are the mounting options?
The scope of delivery of the Eisstation 80 DC-LT includes an adhesive Velcro mat and special feet. The Velcro mat allows the lowest installation position and is also the easiest to use. Part of the Velcro mat is simply glued to the desired installation location and the other half to the floor of the ice station 80 DC-LT. This means that the positioning can also be freely selected. The enclosed feet have been designed for different mounting options. The installation height can be varied. Installation at a 30 or 90 ° angle is also possible. The accessories also include decoupling feet to reduce the volume.

Installation of the pump and filling!
To make filling easy, the filling opening with a diameter of 25 mm has been designed to be particularly large. This means that the water cycle can also be filled up without a filling aid - such as a squirt bottle or a funnel. A base plate must be removed to mount the pump. This is only held in place by two screws. Then the O-ring enclosed with the DC-LT pump is inserted, the pump is put on and it is also fastened with only two screws. The pump cable then only has to be fed through the cable opening.

IN and OUT?
The Eisstation 80 DC-LT consists of a pump top and an expansion tank. If both components are used, the IN is located on the side of the expansion tank. The OUT is also on the side of the pump top. You can vary it a bit by dismantling both parts and simply re-installing the expansion tank rotated by 90 or 180 °. If the expansion tank is not used, the pump top has an additional IN on the opposite side of the OUT.
