This monitor arm was easy to setup as there really wasn't any assembly. I used it for my 27" monitor and was able to use the original screws with the mount.

It holds the monitor up without any sagging and It's easy enough to adjust as needed. The monitor is stable and does not tilt or rotate accidently unlike some other mounts I've tried.

Overall I'm happy with it and it works great!
