The compact unit of pump top and expansion tank is only 6 cm long, 4 cm wide and 4.1 cm high. The system was designed so that it can be mounted directly on a 40 mm Alphacool X-Flow NexXxoS radiator. Despite the compact dimensions, almost 29 ml of liquid fit into the expansion tank. Since the Eisstation 40 DC-LT is connected directly to the radiator, it functions as an extended expansion tank. A special filter was installed to prevent air bubbles from reaching the pump.

How do I assemble the ice station?
The scope of delivery includes a double nipple with which the Eisstation 40 DC-LT can be mounted directly on a NexXxoS X-Flow radiator. For this purpose there are four G 1/4 “threads in the area of ​​the expansion tank that function as IN. This allows you to mount the ice station either on the side entrance of the radiator or on the front connections of the radiator. This means that the Eisstation 40 DC-LT together with a NexXxoS 40 mm X-Flow Radiator fits perfectly into a 1U server rack.

Filling and pump assembly!
The pump is easily installed on the Eisstation 40 DC-LT with two screws. You only have to make sure that the O-ring is inserted cleanly before installation and that the pump is only installed afterwards.
