Didn’t have a pre paid gift card ready on hand

The person didn’t have it with him when he delivered it he just said I’ll send it through WhatsApp but it took a while for him to send it and this is not how you should deliver it via a WhatsApp he should’ve brought the code with him immediately when he was delivering instead of collecting the money first then going home then delivering the code.
